The living room welcomes you with warm, natural tones and neutral-colored walls that enhance the natural light filtering through the large windows. The furnishings are simple yet functional: a comfortable sofa, a light wood coffee table and cable TV, for peaceful and convivial moments of relaxation. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, perfect for gathering after a day of exploration.
The kitchen, bright and essential, is equipped with modern appliances, including air conditioning to keep things cool even during meal preparation. The light finishes and clean surfaces reflect a functional yet welcoming environment. The natural wood dining table invites you to share breakfasts and dinners in a homely atmosphere.
The two bedrooms are havens of peace: with air conditioning, comfortable double beds with quality linen (available for a fee) and windows overlooking the mountains, they offer a perfect balance between relaxation and freshness. Soft colors and gentle fabrics create an immediate sense of comfort, while built-in fans add a touch of well-being on warmer days.

Public transport connects the village to the main towns, while free on-street parking makes getting around by car easy. An ideal area to discover authentic Sardinia, away from the city chaos.

Other things to keep in mind
Bed and bath linen (sheets and towels) is NOT provided.
It can be rented for an additional fee of €70 per stay, to be paid in full at the property upon arrival.
⚠️❗️ Recycling/waste sorting is mandatory.
As the Municipality of Orosei applies fines to those who do not carry out waste sorting correctly, we will provide guests with all the necessary instructions to do so properly.
A security deposit of €50.00 is also required at check-in, which will be returned via instant bank transfer on the day of check-out ONLY IF waste sorting has been carried out correctly.Sonnet 4.6
